Pakistan Live Trains is an independent informational platform. We display:

• Train location data: Publicly available GPS and movement data from Pakistan Railways network
• Schedule information: Publicly available timetables and station data
• Delay information: Publicly observable real-time status updates

We do not reproduce, copy, or distribute copyrighted creative works such as images, videos, articles, software, or proprietary databases. Raw factual data such as train locations, times, and schedules is not subject to copyright protection under general legal principles.

We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us using the process described below.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the claim within 5 business days
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim is valid
• Notify the person who posted the content of the takedown
• Provide that person an opportunity to submit a counter-notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, you must provide ALL of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

Email is the fastest and preferred method. We do not accept DMCA notices via social media or comments. You may also use our contact form and include “DMCA” in the subject.

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a relevant court
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original claimant. If no legal action is filed within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly violate copyright will be permanently banned from our platform.

Train tracking data, GPS locations, arrival times, departure times, and schedule information displayed on this platform consists of factual public information. Factual data is generally not protected by copyright. We display this information in our own format and presentation.

This platform is independent and not affiliated with Pakistan Railways or any government authority. We do not claim ownership of any railway data.

Our platform uses Google AdSense for advertising. We confirm that:

• We do not display infringing content alongside advertisements
• We comply with Google AdSense program policies
• We respond promptly to valid DMCA notices to maintain AdSense compliance
• Advertisement placement complies with Google's publisher policies
