Pakistan Live Trains is an independent, community-built platform that provides real-time train tracking information for Pakistani commuters. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Pakistan Railways or any government entity.

All train data displayed is sourced from publicly available data feeds and is provided for informational purposes only.

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the platform:

• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and general location (country/city level only)
• Log Data: IP address, browser information, and referring pages — collected automatically by our servers
• Cookies: Small files stored on your device to improve your experience and serve relevant advertisements
• Search Queries: Train names or routes you search for on our platform
• Contact Form: Name, email, and message when you voluntarily contact us
• Device Information (Mobile App): Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers collected by AdMob for ad serving purposes
• Advertising ID (Mobile App): We collect your Android Advertising ID (GAID) through Google AdMob to serve relevant advertisements. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads via your device Settings > Google > Ads.

We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily contact us.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• AdMob/AdSense data: Managed by Google per their policy
• Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 1 year

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• SSL/HTTPS encryption on all pages and API calls
• Cloudflare DDoS protection and security filtering
• Regular security monitoring

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Our platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our AdMob integration is configured for general audiences only (not child-directed). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Train tracking data displayed on this platform is sourced from publicly available data and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of train information. Always verify critical travel information through official Pakistan Railways channels.

This platform is independent and not affiliated with Pakistan Railways or any government authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
